Liam is our menu development & recipe manager within operations performance, starting his career at an early age as a dishwasher to becoming a group manager for a blue-chip banking group. Liam blends his love for food & operations creating recipes, biannual menu changes, new offers and promotions for the education sector.

 

As a father, whose son has a disability, Liam is passionate about inclusion and advocates for every young person the same treatment which helps the next generation get inspired by food and healthy life choices.
